New Ireland Orthotic Services, established over 20 years ago, is an Irish owned orthotic
company based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Our 3 fully registered Orthotists have over 50 years
combined experience working in the industry.
We currently provide an orthotic service to many of the Network Disability teams in Dublin and the wider Leinster area, alongside our on site Bray clinic. We pride ourselves on our compassionate listening environment, depth of experience, exceptional customer service, family and patient centred approach and
wide range of manufacturing partners to choose from.
We work closely with physiotherapist colleagues and strive to provide children and adults with complex
biomechanical needs the best custom-made orthotics. Our clinics are open to both private patients and medical / long term illness card holders.

What Are Orthotics?
An orthosis refers to the application of an external device to a part of the body to either maintain or alter the position of a joint or body part. Also called a ‘brace’ or ‘splint’. The purpose and design of the orthoses may change over time along with the needs of the client, however are most commonly used to:
Increase / improve mobility and function
Reduce pain and discomfort
Prevent deformity or reduce the risk of further injury
Increase independence
Our Services
Here at New Ireland Orthotics, we are unique in that that we are independent and can provide orthoses from any orthotic manufacturer. We work closely with other health professionals and technicians, aiming to provide the best device for each client’s needs.
Along with private clients we welcome both LTI and Medical cardholders to our service. We will need a referral from your Physiotherapist or Consultant prior to a clinic appointment.
